We want you to love your Instant Pot products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to be eligible.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your Instant Pot in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
